WHAT ARE MY SHOPPING OPTIONS?

We offer three ways of shopping for your convenience. 1) You can shop in person at our shop in Taylor (when location is finished and open) or the Artisan Farmhouse in Fort St John, or the Taylor Trading Post.  2) You can browse and buy online and then pickup in Taylor. 3) Order online and have it shipped to your door (freight charges would apply).  

HOW DO I ARRANGE LOCAL PICKUP?

Go through all the steps of purchasing, but then select “Local Pickup” from our shipping options at checkout and we’ll email you within a few days to let you know your order is ready for pickup in Taylor.  

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

If item is in stock, you'll have your order within 1-2 days.  If it's not in stock, we'll need 5-7 days before it’s available for local pickup, or ready to be shipped. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer exchange only or instore credit.  In the rare event that there is a mistake with your order or it's defective, we will definitely make it right.  Please reach out If you think this may be the case to staygrounded@lattitude56.ca and we'll be happy to work with you.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Need to make a switch? Contact us at staygrounded@lattitude56.ca with the subject line “Item Exchange” within 7 days of delivery. Sorry, we can't be responsible for any extra freight charges, and products must be returned unworn, with all tags intact.
 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Lattitude 56 account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to change it if you need to.
